Pilot Plugins — Documentation

Eight production-ready WordPress and WooCommerce plugins by Slotix , engineered to be lightweight, independent and predictable. Each plugin is sold separately or as part of the Pilot bundle — install one or all eight, they do not depend on each other and can be combined in any configuration.

This site is the official end-user manual for every plugin in the suite. You will find installation steps, configuration reference, usage walkthroughs, FAQs and troubleshooting guides, with screenshots of every relevant settings screen.

Common how-to questions and where to read about them.

Getting started

  • First-time install of any plugin → see the Installation section of the relevant manual. All plugins install the same way: upload the ZIP under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and activate.
  • Where the settings live → every plugin places its settings under Settings → <plugin name> in the WordPress admin.
  • Multisite support → all plugins are tested on multisite. Network-wide configuration is documented in each plugin’s Configuration section.

Compatibility

  • WooCommerce-aware plugins are Invoice Pilot and Polyglot (product translation). The others work on any WordPress site, with or without WooCommerce.
  • AI features in Polyglot, Chatbot Pilot, AI SEO Pilot and Cookie Consent are bring-your-own-key: you pay the AI provider directly and the plugin only stores your key in the WordPress options table.
  • Local-only AI is supported through Ollama  in Polyglot, Chatbot Pilot and AI SEO Pilot — useful for on-premise installations where no traffic to OpenAI / Anthropic / Google may leave the network.

Combining plugins

The eight plugins are independent but work well together:

  • Translate the cookie banner — install Polyglot and Cookie Consent; banner copy is translated automatically alongside the rest of the site.
  • Track AI bots while staying GDPR-compliant — combine AI SEO Pilot bot logging with Cookie Consent for full transparency.
  • Reliable 2FA notifications — pair 2FA Auth Pilot email OTP fallback with Mail Pilot so verification codes are always delivered through Brevo.
  • Hardened admin login — combine Security Pilot (rate-limited login, IP blocking) with 2FA Auth Pilot for defence in depth.

Updates and support

  • Lifetime updates ship through the standard WordPress plugin updater once your licence key is active. See each plugin’s Installation section for the licence activation step.
  • Documentation is updated alongside each release. The page footer of every manual shows the last-updated timestamp.
  • Source-page parity — every manual on this site is verified against the official product page at slotix.ai . If you spot a discrepancy, the source page wins; please open an issue .

About the suite

The Pilot Plugins are designed around a simple promise: own your WordPress stack — pay once, no subscriptions, lifetime updates. They are deliberately narrow in scope, avoid bundling dependencies they do not need, and integrate with the rest of the WordPress ecosystem rather than replacing it.

If you are evaluating the suite, the bundle landing page  on this site has feature highlights, pricing and the full bundle offer.
